Product Development We offer customer assistance from conception to modeling by utilizing your mechanical drawings or interacting with product design engineers. CNC Machining Computer Numeric Control milling gives us the ability to produce consistent products. We can provide low to mid-range production to meet customer needs. Models We provide models from fit-form function quality to full marketing appearance quality. Fixtures and Jigs We can machine close tolerance aluminum/wood fixtures and jigs to meet customer production/assembly needs. Fabrication Our experience allows us to construct multi-piece mechanical parts and models in aluminum, wood, and plastic. Vacuum Form Molds We have the ability to machine or fabricate vacuum form molds in either aluminum or wood depending upon customer specifications. Production Machining Our equipment allows us to post -machine existing parts or mill new products in plastics and aluminum for small or large scale projects.
